Does Evox Images offer unlimited time off?

Pros

-Communication is much easier within a smaller company. -Strong company culture: Breakfast every Wednesday for team building. -All departments work closely with each other so easy to learn the workflow. -Asking questions is strongly encouraged

Cons

-Not enough sunlight enters the windows so definitely need to take those walk breaks. -Food places are not within walking distance but plenty of options for driving. -Vacation and Sick time could be a bit better for those just starting.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Please continue to foster this growing, positive company culture . Coming from a bigger corporate environment (500 people) to a smaller company (60) shows how much more smaller companies are able to show their employees appreciation.

What is the retirement plan like at Evox Images?

Pros

I have worked for the company for over ten years, and I feel that the current direction and culture is much better now that it has ever been previously. I personally have been given several opportunities over the years to take on more responsibility, and I feel that my voice and ideas are being heard and considered. The work/life balance is very nice, and it's rare that you are required to work late or on weekends. It’s a great group of people that work here, and you get to collaborate across teams on a regular basis. The type of work we do shifts on occasion, which makes it a more agile and exciting work environment. Our clients represent some of the largest companies in the US, and it's exciting to see our work used in very big ways.

Cons

I do wish there was a form of 401k matching, but it's a very small company, so it's understandable. Due to the smaller company size, you wear multiple hats, which at peak times can bog you down.

Advice to Management

I would recommend that upper management stays on the current path, as we have been given a fresh start with some of our clients and colleagues in the industry.

How are senior leaders perceived at Evox Images?

Pros

I have been working with Evox for about 3 years, and we are constantly evolving and improving. The company is always seeking to take automotive imagery to the next level. It is rewarding when you get to see your work everywhere online. Company culture is good, and admins are always doing their best to reward employees and provide a fun environment. From company bbq's to Halloween costume competitions, they are always trying to bring employees together. The best part of working for a small company is that you get to know the COO and upper management, making it easier to voice your opinions. If you have a sense a humor and a strong work ethic, you will fit-in just fine. Prove yourself to the company, and they will do right by you.

Cons

No company is perfect but they try their best to do right by employees.

How is management perceived at Evox Images?

Pros

The company culture and work environment is incredible. There is a mutual respect for all employees. It is an environment that encourages employees to ask questions without fear, and humbly lead with good intentions. I've worked for both large and small companies and can easily say EVOX is among the companies that actually care about their employees. They believe in making sure all of their employees have a work/life balance. The Management team goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone's need's are being met . In doings so, they've established a working environment in which the employees feel encouraged to grow and develop new skills. I'll also add the casual dress code and informal work environment are a definite plus.

Cons

No company is perfect so I have none at this time.
