Good benefits such as dental and vision. Good vacation at the start and ROTH 401K
Cons
Poor Salary and poor management. Since January 2021 when the merger occurred people are leaving left and right. Most groups are down 10-30 percent. Management isn't allowed to backfill most spots.
Advice to Management
Fill the positions and make salary comparable to other OEMS. Don't keep promoting "Yes" people
Good benefits such as dental and vision.
