There are lots of opportunities to learn and contribute to. My scope is not limited to single area, I get to work on all the area app, backend and website. The good thing about Fairdeal is their openness to new idea. My manager is always reachable and give's constructive feedback. Good thing about working here is we are open to try new ways of solving the problem and we are not scolded or shouted at if we make any mistake instead we are given good and positive feedback.
