How is management perceived at Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe?

Pros

Patients were amazing. You'll never work over 40hrs a week

Cons

If you go above 40 you get written up. If your Caucasian you will be held to different standard (no shock since it's tribal). Management of medical dept is a JOKE! The nurse is not only 20 years behind medical advances, she refuses to learn or accept help. The lab director doesn't have knowledge of basic lab procedures and was put there due to race over qualified individuals.

Advice to Management

For your "head nurse" ! She know a thing about advanced medicine in the last 10+years. She is why labs were sent back repeatedly. You have people who come into work drunk also and no one cares

Management of medical dept is a JOKE!
