In my department, everyone is friendly and welcoming even though I'm only an intern. My supervisor is also patient and very helpful whenever I have questions with the tasks given by him. The pay was also good for an intern. I don't know if the pay is the same for every internship position but for the data analyst intern position, I think it's really good. I also learned a lot here and I hope that I can be a competent data analyst by the time my internship period ends.

Cons

As an intern, I was not expected to work overtime but over this past month, I've been working overtime for a couple of times. Although some people might see it as a downside, I personally didn't mind it that much since the main goal of internship is to learn as much as possible from professionals working on that field (but I hope I don't have to work overtime when working from the office though hahaha).

- layoff without justifiable reasons, on asking questions answer was it’s already communicated - no transparency - poor hiring strategy from management

Hire people wisely, understand the market well. Firing is okay but if you are saying someone is underperforming, give justifiable reasons and numbers..

Ppl who work here are mostly nice and have lots of bonding events, the bosses also very friendly

Very hectic, super fast pace, you must be able to learn fast and wear a lot of hat bcos its a startup company
