What is health insurance like at Fingerpaint Marketing?
Pros
I work on the MarTech side and have nothing but positive feelings towards Fingerpaint. I really enjoy my teammates and management, it's a great group of really smart and fun folks. The workload can be heavy at times but nothing unmanageable. I can't speak for all departments but I've not been expected to work more than a 40-hour workweek and I've been fully supported with my PTO requests. It's important for everyone to set their own boundaries with any employer to maintain a work/life balance, if you do that, then you're fine. Pros: Supportive management and team members great healthcare benefits good 401k match flex PTO open to feedback CEO - my review says I don't approve which isn't accurate but I'm unable to edit.
Cons
still a bit disorganized as we grow but it's improving working in pharma not extremely challenging need better planning by PMs
Advice to Management
Leadership needs to be the example with PTO and work/life balance so employees feel safe doing the same. Continue to listen to feedback, add perks, and enforce a good work/life balance instead of blaming the industry. We can be the change in order to keep happy employees and hold onto talent.
great healthcare benefits

Does Fingerpaint Marketing offer tuition reimbursement?
Pros
Ed is genuinely a nice guy and he has a good heart. I have some colleagues who are brilliant.
Cons
Ed has left in charge people who say "well, that is advertising" as the excuse why things can't get better. The grand gestures are great, but there are people in and out of this place in 14 months on average. That stat is taken directly from LinkedIn. Think about that, they help pay off our college tuition, give sabbaticals (after 5 years of employment), give unlimited days off (which allows them to save money by not paying out earned vacation time when people leave...quickly) and people can only make it to 14 months. The ole Saratoga way isn't working and that stat reflects it. Get change management people in here to figure it out because the people who have been by your side forever can't or they don't understand what it takes to get the work out the door without the employees walking out behind it. Oh yeah, it's 2021, why are there so many people in the organization that need digital marketing instruction like Michael Scott needs help understanding a budget surplus? Godspeed

Does Fingerpaint Marketing offer health savings accounts?
Pros
-Decent benefits but it doesn't outweigh the negatives
Cons
-No strategy in their work - pretty much just a creative shop -Poor pay compared to the rest of the industry -TERRIBLE "leadership" - toxic environment starts from the top -Everyone is leaving, each week there is a long list of those who have quit (whether they've been here for a while or not) -The owner, Ed, isn't really involved anymore, he used to be close to the business and is more hands off now (focused on buying other companies instead of the current clients) and it shows in the company culture -No job satisfaction or recognition for hard work -Can't remember the last time we won any new business
Advice to Management
Go back to the way things used to be - which will probably entail firing a lot of the new hires in leadership who have ruined the culture
Decent benefits but it doesn't outweigh the negatives
