Pros

I love the modified work week that FSH offers. I can do work that I enjoy and then still have plenty of time during the week to give my family the time and attention they need as well. I appreciate that balance of time at work and time at home. The other benefits offered like paid holidays, PTO, work from home, etc. are even more reasons to love working here.

Cons

The only hard part of working at FSH is the mental strain working with the community of people we serve can have over time. It's hard work, but worth it.

The staff at all levels of the organization truly care for one another and for our clients. We work with really passionate, driven individuals. Everyone can see their impact on the mission statement in the work that they do and we set and achieve lofty business goals that deeply influence our community.

Cons

Sometimes implementation or roll out of new things can feel clunky and disorganized.
