Decent pay, some people are nice.

Pretends to be a "Christian" company. Hostile work environment towards other belief systems and LGBTQ+. No room for advancement especially if they find out you aren't Christian or straight. Terrible insurance.

Scrap the place and start over with a new "mission".

Learned a lot about different subjects. Got to meet many different people/clients and attend training seminars.

A lot of micromanaging and not in a good way. Long work hours which would not fit in to a working family schedule. Low salary and very small bonuses. Not much room for upward growth.

Need to be more competitive with salary and more generous with bonuses. Listen to your employees and get more people with 10-15 years experience. Having all retired people or straight out of college employees leaves a huge gap in learning experience.

Paid overtime, Free coffee, Crawfish boil

Constantly underbid work and then you get in trouble when your time is over-budget Always in the red Management is stiff They allow your manager to yell at you Little to no training Non competitive salary

Raise the salary or you will continue to bleed money as people leave you for higher paying jobs.
