As we celebrate women’s contributions and highlight the importance of workplace gender diversity during #womenshistorymonth, we connected with three talented colleagues specializing in various manufacturing disciplines. In different stages of their careers and taking unique paths, team members share how their professional journeys have evolved and what most excites them about the future at Flex. Learn more about the experiences of Tingting Zhen, a quality engineer in Zhuhai, China, Columba Garza, a program management and business development leader in Aguascalientes, Mexico, and Laura Gordana Vacarescu, a technical support manager in Timisoara, Romania.

As part of #WomensHistoryMonth, Flex India (CIP) empowered their local community by sponsoring 10 units of used desktops to ANEW - Association for Non-traditional Employment for Women NGO, Anna Nagar. Established 1997, ANEW NGO has been changing the lives of many economically and socially underprivileged women by providing training and placement in skillset programs covering advanced IT, nursing, driving, and more. Through this initiative, Flex aims to strengthen the learning of these women and expand their growth and employment opportunities.
