What is paid time off like at Forescout Technologies?
Pros
Great product and people on your team. Management needs a lot of work though. Great benefits…but don’t believe the PTO days you get (they have mandatory days they will take from you).
Cons
No vision/strategy and behind on getting into the cloud. Currently on the 3rd CEO in a year. Raises are minimal and little opportunity for advancement. Their core values are behind the firewall, which says a lot. Little transparency, runs off the rumor mill. So many people are leaving they stopped exit interviews and offer an exit survey buried at the bottom of the email they send.
Advice to Management
The cons say it all.
Great benefits…but don’t believe the PTO days you get (they have mandatory days they will take from you).

Does Forescout Technologies offer dental insurance?
Pros
Great pay and benefits. Anyone who says the benefits are lacking hasn't worked for a crappy company that doesn't invest in their employees. They're just bitter about going from 93% to 90% cost coverage! Welcome to reality and it could be WAY worse. 401k Matching - a must have! Executive leadership is truly interested in doing the right things for the company and the employees - internal promotions, diversity, compensation leveling, opportunity for growth, work/Life balance. Best in class technology - tired and true. No "start-up" risk of failure. Smart, talented, driven co-workers.
Cons
The "great resignation" has hit Forescout hard as it has many technology companies. Some teams are too lean right now which creates a lot of work for the individuals on teams hit hardest. Some of the more tenured employees can't let go of the "good old days" and transform with the company. Lots of bitterness and resentment. It's a different company with different leadership and a different vision then it was 5 years ago. There's no going back now. People need to make a decision to commit to being successful or leave.
Advice to Management
Continue to hire new talent to help shape the future of the company. Build your teams up in advance of the resignations that you know are coming to keep the work life balance for your hard-working employees. Get rid of any drag.

Pros
Great tech, great new leadership, great comm plans, great culture.
Cons
Benefits could be improved - pension contributions etc.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing. Leadership from the top to local levels is superb
