Fox used to be this great, welcoming company that encouraged people to be the best leaders possible. The only benefit left is that they offer benefits and the people you work with who you can trust will be your friends at Fox and outside of Fox.

Cons

The compensation leaves something to be desired. Their “culture” focus is used to cover up shady decisions and activity. You don’t know who you can trust so the drama varies.

Advice to Management

Implementation of too many changes too quickly deters people. You’re also rubbing a lot of people the wrong was.

Pros

The pay is okay and if you’re full time you are eligible for benefits.

Cons

Extremely sexist culture. If you’re a lds white male your will be in your prime in this company culture. They promote a family culture just to abuse you that much more.

Advice to Management

Investigate the complaints that are made, stop sweeping them under the rug. Take a good look at your owners.
