Pros

Free meal as management, lots of hours available, diverse teams, my franchise owners were amazing and involved.

Cons

Free meal is unhealthy fast food, no time off, babysitting teenagers, customer demographic is mostly boomers, pregnant women, and middle aged women so endless complaints, the franchise owners son ran the location I worked at and he was a real pice of work, pay was not very good, I was given all of assistant manager delegations while we didn't have one (for five months), expected to work off the clock, and generally just taken advantage of.

Advice to Management

Treat employees like humans.
