Real culture is lost as a result of rapid hiring, inadequate training, incompetent bosses (in some cases).

Freshworks continues to grow at a tremendous pace, which presents opportunities for exciting work and career growth.

Cons

As a late stage startup, Freshworks can be tough for people who need a lot of structure. You have to have a good comfort level with uncertainty.

1. Friendly and relaxed work environment 2. Free food in the office 3. Hypergrowth start-up

Cons

1. No defined career path after a few years in the organisation 2. Promotions are sometimes based on the time you spent in the company rather than the impact you created

Please try to work on the Cons so that you can avoid losing the talents you nurtured over time.

Unachievable targets High pressure without any training Immature processes No training No career path chalked out for future

Advice to Management

Stop chasing targets that are unachievable. There's no point in hiring and firing individuals without appropriate onboarding/training post onboarding. Sales Enablement is sleeping.
