Pros

Strong products that are constantly evolving. Company not far from an IPO. Great team of friendly, helpful people that genuinely want to contribute to success of company. Nice office space.

Cons

Pay and benefits not on par with other tech companies in the Bay Area. Only 10 days PTO and no WFH flexibility. You’re expected to be in the office 8 full hours a day and people are watching to make sure you are. No HR in the US office so any issues can only be discussed with management and there are a lot of politics involved.

Advice to Management

Trust your employees to do their job, and if you don’t, make better hires so that you can

Only 10 days PTO and no WFH flexibility.

Pros

I cannot think of any!

Cons

10 days PTO, no parking, no lunches, people watch others, no HR in office, power trip at the top, micromanaged, you will be told what to put in Glassdoor by upper management and recruiters. No response from India, India takes a long time to make decisions. Extremely frugal company!

Advice to Management

If you want to be a great company with great people, be competitive in benefits to employees and do not favor one over the other.

Pros

Company is scaling very rapidly. There are tons of product innovations and a big push to hire as many people as possible. Company is ready to go IPO soon.

Cons

The Glassdoor rating is inflated with reviews from the Chennai office. Do your research, this is a company that is really HQ'ed out of Chennai and great if you are out of that office! The US office is far from what a tech company should be in the US or in the Bay area. Employees only get 10 days of PTO and 3 sick days. The company gives you a hard time for dipping into negative PTO and taking more sick days than what is given. You are expected to be in the office 9-5 and will be scolded for coming late or leaving early. There are a lot of favoritism and politics within leadership as some of the managers do not have any management experiences and senior reps get special treatments. Pay is below market rate. No HR and Operation teams in the US office.

Advice to Management

Value your customers AND employees.

The company gives you a hard time for dipping into negative PTO and taking more sick days than what is given.

Pros

Company recently moved to Unlimited PTO! Awesome coworkers.

Cons

PTO & sick day policy used to be an issue no more.

Advice to Management

Create a clear promotion process, have defined roles and responsibilities for each position. Lots of employees feel like there is no way of measuring success towards promotions. Hire an HR as quickly as possible to resolve all political and internal issues we are facing.

PTO & sick day policy used to be an issue no more.
