Fast-paced, open environment that encourages professional growth and innovation. Strong leadership in place, with a focus on prioritizing infrastructure development to scale. Big emphasis on company values (fulfillment, collaboration, integrity, selflessness, dedication) and culture. Great benefits, too!

Does Fusion Risk Management offer unlimited time off?

Pros

Amazing work life balance, there's a strong culture of being able to enjoy your time off as much as possible and PTO is strongly encouraged. There are friendly people that will take time out of their day to help you when you're new. The work is rewarding, and everyone really does want to see you succeed, and continue to grow your career.

Cons

The product is fairly complex, so it takes some work and effort to understand everything. Working remotely can be exciting, but challenging to truly connect with people over video meetings.

Amazing work life balance, there's a strong culture of being able to enjoy your time off as much as possible and PTO is strongly encouraged.

How are career development opportunities at Fusion Risk Management?

Pros

The company culture is world-class. Team members and managers are very friendly, professional, intelligent, and always willing to coach, guide and help. The growth opportunities are endless. The company is growing and there are usually openings in every business/technology department, ranging from software engineering to advisory consulting. Employees are encouraged to try different roles within the company to grow their career in line with their strengths and interests. The environment is technology-oriented. There are a lot of skills to learn and certifications to earn on Salesforce.com and Force.com platforms.

Cons

There was no sponsorship at the time I served.

The growth opportunities are endless.

What kind of career opportunities exist at Fusion Risk Management?

Pros

Awesome atmosphere and people. The management tries to keep people happy. Company is experiencing rapid growth.

Cons

Enormous workload, employees that do a lot of work are underpaid, no opportunities for growth in some departments, sometimes hard work goes unnoticed, obvious favoritism for some departments. Pay discrepancies - asked former employee salary and found out this person with less experience made more money.

Advice to Management

Give people who are working hard what they are worth.
