Pros

Excellent co-workers, permissive "unlimited" vacation, great maternity and paternity benefits, cool products, focus on Lean, cultural shift taking place under new CEO is making a lot of positive changes

Cons

Recent layoffs have left most teams strained to cover all of the work with the remaining people... Lean efforts haven't yet offset the lack of hands to do all of the work. Even before layoffs, culture is one where many people work long hours habitually.
