How are senior leaders perceived at Gannett?

Pros

The company does believe in communication and does review it's performance internally with employees. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Poor health benefits, leadership is more concerned with culture than with true improvement.

Advice to Management

Gannett is a a dying company, let it die.

Pros

Workplace flexibility. Benefits. PTO. When you get to work in the public, it's rewarding.

Cons

Terrible work atmosphere. Company is in downfall and laying people off left and right. No clear direction on local or corporate level. Communication is crap.
