How is management perceived at Gartner?

Pros

Nothing to count on, worst team

Cons

No team structure, only 2-3 employees are in focus no matter what others do. No recognition, seniors don't even know how to work on Excel and wants technical skills in new associates. Poor management, no transparency and false acclaims from Director for promotions in order to keep you working hard. Long working hours, seniors asks you to work on weekends as well and even after official hours.

Advice to Management

Expanding your team will not be fruitful if you don't pay attention to your current employees, try to learn new skills yourself first then ask resources to put the same in their year end objectives.

Poor management, no transparency and false acclaims from Director for promotions in order to keep you working hard.

Is Gartner a good company to work for?

Pros

Great place, great culture, and really helpful people in the Singapore office> Clear path to promote organically. Constant changes and opportunites for personal development. Excellent benefits..

Cons

None I can think of.
