Great work culture, the people make everything, and mean everything to me. Truly have enjoyed working with everyone here. Extremely smart, yet humble and super collaborative. I can speak specifically on the product organization - I can say all the folks on my team are my friends, and rarely does one get to say that. Work-wise also it's extremely stimulating to help problem-solve some of our organization's biggest and most critical challenges. We often work on strategic initiatives that directly link to the CEO and his team. So that gives us great exposure to senior leadership, and also helps in our development in terms of understanding the approach/mindset of the CEO and his leadership. Been fortunate to have had the opportunity to present before the CEO and his team several times. The first one being into my first few weeks in the company! Lastly, we work super hard but also have a ton of fun as a team! This is a very social, fun team to be in. Truly is.

Growing pains, we have now almost doubled our size, so that brings its own set of challenges especially on prioritization. Work-life balance can be difficult to manage at certain points especially if you have a lot going on. But the positive is that if you enjoy what you do, then it doesn't take as much of a toll.

It's a great team - keep doing what you're doing. Hire the right people and build the same culture that I have been fortunate to experience. While we are a feedback-driven culture there's room to improve giving upward feedback at times. Be a little flexible to differing ideas --> sometimes the same solution can not be applied to everything.
