Pros
Good work life balance. Great perks and benefits. Understanding management.
Cons
Some employees exhibit a vague air of sexism. Not many opportunities to grow or learn. Frequently changing leadership and frequently changing priorities lead to discord. It isn't enough to say you're an inclusive employer. You need to make sure that everyone in the team gets an equal opportunity.
Advice to Management
Clear roadmap is a must. Management listens to employee's concerns, but does not help in alleviating these issues. Preaching inclusivity doesn't help when you're not given equal opportunities in the team.

Pros
Avast which now makes part of merged-co used to be great company, employee focused, high-quality in culture and environment.
Cons
Diversity...it is not on zero level, it is in red numbers. Women in this company are employed to fulfill gender quotas because they employ many Indians who are mostly men so they are desperate for women and they make it very obvious (saying it openly) that they struggle with gender quotas. Also women are less paid, salary review is every year but if you have same money as your men colleague you are excluded from it as "paid enough" while your men colleague gets the salary raise.
Advice to Management
I am sorry for former Avast management who stays in merged-co. You used to do better. Do it again but in some company which is worth it.
