Pros

Great benefits - better healthcare plans than most companies, competitive LTI plans; growing support of diversity and inclusion.

Cons

They need more people management training to ensure all people managers are equally equipped to manage people well, fairly and equitably.

Advice to Management

Prioritize that individuals already have strong, proven people management skills before hiring people to manage others. Otherwise, focus on training people to become effective, inclusive, supportive people managers before promoting them into people management roles.

Solid science and brand recognition for growth after working here.

Cons

Like all other companies when it comes to structure, diversity and inclusion. Decisions are very hierarchical. Surveys are frequent but never actioned.
