What is health insurance like at Grandview Pharmacy?

Pros

Good insurance and good PTO.

Cons

Started out as a great company then got bought by CVStress. Now they don't care about the wellbeing of their employees. Trademark should be a heart attack symbol with a dollar sign sticking out and not just a normal heart symbol

Advice to Management

No one in upper management really cares about improving the toxic culture and environment that is endemic to CVS. Instead they have drank the "koolaid" and allowed the CVS toxicity and mismanagement to invade. Primary PIC treats most everyone like they are sub human. Condescending, rude, arrogant, they are ALWAYS right and everyone below is ALWAYS wrong. They lie to your face, is two-faced and will say one thing then do another. To someone else, will do the exact opposit. They totally lack positive and effective leadership skills and should never ever be in a role of leading human beings. Much of the toxic environment is a domino effect straight from the PIC. Those that are lazy, don't want to do the job, don't have the mental capability (lack problem solving and common sense skills) or just don't care about the job and instead watch TV, or wonder around every 30 mins doing nothing, are NEVER reprimanded, never held accountable or GOD forbid fired. Those that actually keep the place running, who work really hard and long and pick up all the extra work left over from so many lazy people never get recognition, no thank you's, no acknowledgement at all. They are overworked, taken advantage of and walked all over. There is a constant understaffing since CVS believes every pion is also ATLAS and can carry the weight of the world. Thus morale has tanked and people have begun breaking down. Quantity of work is prized above quality of work. So what if it's wrong. 900 on a sunday? Great! You get a kudos from the Boss. So what if 20 or 30% has some kind of error. So what if someone else has to fix all those errors. So what if an error makes it out the door. Ultimately, when complaints are made, the Boss pretends to listen but nothing ever ever gets fixed. Excuses are made. Blah blah blah. All they do in the end is talk the talk but are incapable or unwilling of walking the walk in our shoes.

Good insurance and good PTO.
