Does Green Chimneys offer housing assistance?

Pros

Spend time with animals, while immersed in a diverse community of driven, passionate, young adults. Hands on experience working with animals. 1 on 1 work with some pretty cool kids. Meals and housing included.

Cons

Long work hours. Low compensation. Bureaucracy of the Agency. Not enough time focused on animals. Meals are not the most balanced and housing has no privacy.

Advice to Management

Interns make it possible to do the work on the farm, so, adopting a policy of incentivizing good work will make for a much happier group of interns. An intern who is seeking a particular interaction will work much harder if it is earned rather than having anything "fun" taken away when something is overlooked.
