This company takes care of it's employees, they promote gender equality, give fair chances, they believe in people and if someone is feeling like they aren't good at their position they make sure to find a suitable department so that they don't feel like they have to leave the company. Their health and wellness program is incredible and they promote the well being of their employees. Executives are very humble and very welcoming. Great place to work!

The event planning committee is always busy planning a party, potluck, fundraiser, etc. Greenspire has raised thousands of dollars over the years for a variety of important causes. There are also great opportunities for promotions. Employees are often recognized for a job well done, receiving awards, certificates, or gift cards.

Parking can be an issue at times, it is Santa Monica after all. However, there is parking available inside the building for a daily fee.

I’d like to see more of an open door policy.

Good gas stipend. Good management.

Driving your personal car too much.
