Possibility of overtime often, Good pay and benefits for a call center, easy work

Very unorganized management HR etc , dirty and outdated enviroment and work supplies

Pros
Decent pay. OT available. Benefits. Nice amount of vacation/sick time.
Cons
Understaffed. Mistreated staff. The salesforce.
Advice to Management
The problem starts with human resources and trickles it's way down. The sales team is allowed to treat/talk any way they want to, to any other members of staff. Management is a joke and probably can't perform any of the daily tasks of the team members they are managing. If you like being taken advantage of and feeling like human resources is the last person you can confide in, then this is the place for you.
Decent pay.
