What is the company culture at H2 IT Solutions?
Pros
Flexibility, great coworkers, minimal drama, loved it
Cons
It's a small business so there is a lack of job stability. It's hard to try to work into full time positions or steady employment. (Good experience for time spent there though). The business is doing well. They just don't need many full time employees.
Advice to Management
They are trying the best they can. I have no advice necessarily.
The business is doing well.

What is the salary like at H2 IT Solutions?
Pros
Forward thinking but limited resources.
Cons
Small company that has very few resources. They contract employees in small increments (and low ball salaries). Most of the technical staff are part-time college students that are brought on for specific jobs. There is absolutely no loyalty to their full-time contract workers if they can drop the contract and backfill with a part-timer. Sadly, they never tell anyone that the “qualifications” their staff has—is really the qualifications or “ghost staff” of contract workers no longer with the company.
Advice to Management
You are only as good as the staff you have—in REAL LIFE!
They contract employees in small increments (and low ball salaries).
