Does HOMAG Group offer life insurance?
Pros
Strong global brand globally. Good opportunity to learn.
Cons
No value for human being, they are being treated as machine, expecting to deliver projects, cost reduction results overnight. No weekends or personal life or people health is respected. No work life balance (You're unwell. return to company asap else lose job) Unstable Leadership Decisions, the top management take major operational decisions and reverse their decisions within few days of the taking such decisions. Unanimous decisions are taken without taking the team into confidence. Employees are asked to resign mentioning reduction of head count and and once you resign a new person will be recruited as a replacement. No job security for female employees. 4 out of 10 female employees have been asked to resign in the last 3 months and operational management states that this is a requirement from headquarters to remove . Favouritism: you'll be hired if you're an ex-colleague/friend of any of management head.
Advice to Management
To Homag global. Companies in world have been recognized by VALUES. So, implement GOOD VALUES within the organization in India. Leadership in India have to lead from the front. For any success, the so called Heads and Directors take the credit, when it comes to any failure they search scape goats from other employees. Reduce the number of Managers and have more junior level people for who can be effective in execution. Hear your employees concern and take it as a seriously to address the issues.

What kind of career opportunities exist at HOMAG Group?
Pros
Flexible working time, opportunities to attend trainings in German and exhibitions worldwide
Cons
small scale of business in Vietnam, no strategy, and depressfully they asked me to sign official labor contract with same salary as probation which is 85% of the beginning deal. Reason is the difficulty of virus situation. I suggested to be paid 85% in certain months then 100% later, but they rejected.
Advice to Management
Once you agreed on a deal, please pay some effort to deliver your promise, otherwise you're not professional as you should be
