Benefits are bad over work and under paid. Promises are made by VP but never happen. WELDERS make $13 hrly with no raises. Supervisors ask do to much for little to nothing. No advancement later

Let managers fire people who don't get their job done accurately. Get rid of people who don't perform in management. Research locations and costs of doing business before signing contracts.
