Pros

Great PTO package, opportunities to learn other skills, easy going atmosphere

Cons

Antiquated equipment causes months long stretches of overtime, stress. Lots of people with FMLA because they are broken down, causing more OT for others. Never ending cycle

Advice to Management

Stop catering to employees who believe their home life is more important than their coworkers. Make them work their fair share of overtime

Pros

Great benefits, generous upfront PTO and generally a great place to work. I really have honestly enjoyed my time here.

Cons

It’s hard to move up within the company though and they tend to go off of seniority which is unbelievable because everyone there has been there for years!

Pros

Vacation time Paid holidays Great benefits Adjust schedule for appointments Coworkers are willing to help out

Cons

Micromanaging Upper management shows favoritism The printers occasionally work Low turnover May have to work more overtime

Advice to Management

I know corporate is involved with giving the night shifts more money from shift differential and they increased the starting pay which is great but they could at least do something for the 1st shift staff. I wasn't a fan of the micromanaging, there were several times where I was helping a fellow associate and someone management would walk over to us and tell us to walk away because they assumed that we were having casual conversations. Lastly I still talk to several people who still work at the Louisville plant and it's not fair that management gave a position to a particular employee who was about to quit for another job and they made up an office position so that person could stay. That move right there made several employees angry and it also has affected the moral. One last thing, all of the machines are pieces of junk. The Vario for 3TP the old intouch printers aren't doing anything but jamming and causes headaches
