Pros
Easy to get higher up on the ladder if you're willing to work and present yourself and make yourself known, management level profit sharing is pretty good.
Cons
work-life balance is almost non-existent due to associate turnovers. High volume stores are super stressful and made worse by high expectations from uncaring managers and upper management.
Advice to Management
Most internal associates get dissatisfied due to being paid lower than newly hired associates, it would be beneficial to the company to have a better pay scale for higher performance and to evaluate internally promoted associates' pay based on performance and evaluation results.
