Does Harris Teeter offer family leave?

Pros

Good benefits, profit sharing checks twice a year.

Cons

Pay isn't where it should be, there is no work life balance, employees are expected to do the work of 4-5 people. For clarification, this expectation comes from a high level, not necessarily from store management level.

Stable industry. Everyone has to eat food right?

Cons

Low pay for my position Ignored by upper management unless there is an emergency. Insurance is too expensive.

Advice to Management

Don't place people in positions just to undercut them on pay. Pay what the job should make.
