Terrible staffing And programming cuts since Acadia has taken over. Quality has taken a nose dive while staff and patient safety has not been a priority. There was ZERO support from corporate during covid pandemic. Just constant pressure to keep beds full despite conflicting mandates from
DPH and DMH.
Advice to Management
Management is good but can only do so much to fight against corporate Acadia’s constant cuts and impossible standards. For this reason good managers are leaving and being replaced by Acadia managers from out of state with no clinical knowledge or understanding of local systems of care
Quality has taken a nose dive while staff and patient safety has not been a priority.
