What is the salary like at Helena Industries?

Pros

Pay is great. You learn a lot about the industry.

Cons

There is a good bit of miscommunication that can be annoying but it's not one specific person's fault. Seems very picky on who they hire. You only get a 30 minute lunch break even if its a 12-hour shift. If you don't have time to take said lunch break and not clock out, they still dock 30 minutes of your pay which adds up.

Advice to Management

No advice. It seems the vibe for management is if it ain't broke, don't fix it. However, the Manager turnover rate is almost as high as the hourly employee turnover rate.

Pay is great.
