Does Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs offer family leave?

Pros

I've worked at various grades and have always been pleased with the salary, which is open and transparent. The work life balance is unparalleled, and I was able to move from full to part time working without any hassle. Very generous maternity pay and paternity leave. Management are supportive and people focussed. Workplace adjustments are implemented quickly and easily.

Cons

TSP is a challenging programme with lots of exams, but if you are prepared for that it is well worth it !
