Does Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE offer dental insurance?

Pros

Good benefits: the core benefits are at parity with the industry, i.e. 401K(company match up to 4%) , healthcare, dental, vision, life ins., etc. Some extra perks include a monthly wellness Friday, which was recently expanded to 2 Fridays a month during the summer months Jun/Jul/Aug. Tuition reimbursement: need to know the details here however, there are some nuances but it is achievable and available.

Cons

Some of the business units lack good direction. So if you are part of a business unit that is doing well and has a great roadmap then there are many opportunities for growth and longevity. If you are unfortunate to be part of a business unit that is shrinking or is changing direction drastically then layoffs are common and swift. Was recently laid off and the severance was not equitable vs. years of service.
