Pros

The frontline staff who care about the customer. but there ability to succeed in a role is always blocked by inexperienced higher management, favoritism and a bullying culture. There are not enough resources and front line staff are expected to take on numerious remits and work extra long hours which causes burnout.

Cons

Inexperienced higher management, bullying culture, no care for frontline staff, a serious discrepancy between the companies vision statement and actual operations Zero training, Zero care about employees, there is a lack of resources available and when you raise this with upper management they brush it off. The core vision of the company is just for show, it is not executed in daily operations Long hours, Late requests, Everything is urgent and last minute Not a forward looking company, everything is reactive and last minute. There is a major favoritism and bullying culture within higher management, who are inexperienced and not willing to learn from others. Advise is its not worth the job to work for this company, that treats its employees very poorly.

Advice to Management

Please listen to your employees, they are doing jobs that keep the company afloat and management in jobs. If anything else employees are humans not robots, treat them with respect.

Pros

Office location is so beautiful.

Cons

EXTREMELY Toxic. Every call you're in, you hear someone trash talking another team member that isn't in the call. Expected to put in work during weekends. Constant blabber about an "elite" culture, with minimal to no guidance to help you succeed. You're on your own here. NOT COVID CONSCIOUS. Pushed for everyone to get the vaccine so we could gather in groups mask-less again. I watched entire groups in GCD2 taking off their masks and sitting in conference rooms back last year, before Hologic qualified for vaccines. Any opportunity to NOT wear a mask, these folks will take it off. Way to care for your employees. Overheard President of Dx-Marketing complain that his visit to Finland wasn't as lively as previous times. Hmm.. maybe because we're in a global pandemic and not everyone can travel in jets and make business deals like you? Can we get some more diversity in this company?

Advice to Management

Ditch the elite mentality. Maybe care about the pandemic, your workers, and stop being jerks to the IT team.
