What is the feeling of job security at Hub Folding Box Company?

Pros

Lots of food perks- catered meals, paid company lunches, dinners out with clients, restaurant gift certificates as bonuses, etc. Department managers are very knowledgeable and collaborative. Beautiful facility, state of the art equipment, clean and safe. Profitable company= job security.

Cons

Bad tempers of management/ owners who can be verbally abusive. Difficult personalities and politics to navigate. Change is verbally encouraged but never able to be implemented. Processes are not respected and employees are always forced to make shortcuts to rush jobs along. Customers are consistently lied to by salesmen.

Advice to Management

Allow departments to follow procedures thoroughly and stop circumventing process, because it just slows down everything else. Update the Hub University Presentation and find some new innovations to brag about- you can't rest on the laurels of your past successes forever.

Profitable company= job security.
