What are perks and other benefits like at Hudec Dental?
Pros
I worked here for about 6 years and had an exceptional experience. I loved my practice, my colleagues, and my patients. The leadership team saw promise in my abilities and groomed me to reach my maximum potential. I was hired to support practices remotely over the phone and grew to manage the daily operations of my own practice in no time. Dr. Hudec provides a generous benefits package, paid holidays, and lots of other perks! I relate a great deal of my current professional success to lessons I learned during my time with Hudec Dental.
Cons
Every business has pros and cons. The key to being valued and respected at work is to remain solution focused, put in the hard work, and be realistic. The biggest con for me were winters in northeast Ohio!
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work! Continue to trust and develop your leadership. Celebrate the little "wins".

How is management perceived at Hudec Dental?
Pros
Get a paycheck, -----but what you will have to endure to get it.
Cons
This has been the most unprofessional dental environment I have ever worked in. From the absolute top of the food chain to the management level there is an atmosphere of stress and belittling that permeates from them. There are regular belittling rants that get emailed to "providers" always in a lecturing, rude, belittling way. Never get email when things are good or you have gone above and beyond. They are really out of touch with what actually happens day to day. Kinda hard to humanize a spreadsheet....just saying. If you are a new grad, a Dental assistant, Hygienist, EFDA, or Dentist this place will love bomb you to get you (example: current $5,000 sign on bonus for Hygienist etc....) However, once employed you see the real deal, 30 minute cleanings with up to 16 patients per day in some Hygienist schedules. Gossip is the norm between management that goes from office to office. Medicaid patients seem to be the bread and butter of the majority of their 19 offices, but behind the scenes these patients are looked down on, even moved if a cash or regular insurance patient is available. This place will suck your soul and make you rethink why you went into dentistry. They try to say it is a family practice, but it follows a corporate model and if you don't produce to their sometimes unrealistic expectations then watch out. BEWARE.
Advice to Management
When you respond by saying come and discuss your concerns with us and people do and nothing is done......it is a waste of time. Do you really care? Or do you just view everyone as disposable, with no real value? Or do you just wait till the next set of new grads are available, get a few years out of them and once they too start to speak up move on to the next? Your reputation, dispite what other posts say, is terrible. I have heard many people say they only go to Hudec because of the coverage they have. Take a good look in the mirror at yourself instead of blaming your hard working employees. But that seems doubtful.
