What are some insights into the strategy or vision at Human Factors?
Pros
HFI is one of the best places to understand the tangible, measurable impact of UX strategy. Not just their training offerings, but the way in which it is offered to clients, and the process-oriented way in which a project was taken forward was incredible. Aside from this, the company culture was amazing. I always felt like a part of a larger HFI family.
Cons
Perhaps owing to the focus on User experience strategy, visual design and development often took a backseat.

Low pay brackets. Nowhere near to the market standards. Highly dynamic pay gaps. Egoistic management.
