Pros

Doesn't even have one single pro

Cons

Working 6 days a week..... And paying less than 1.56 pound an hour. WTF!! This is literally the worst company I've ever worked for. DO NOT WORK FOR IT mates. Regarding the management, there was NO management, the manager will not teach you how to do things because they know the CAN'T retain employees!!!! I had a 10 minute introduction at the first day and they wished me the reach a ridiculously impossible KPI. Four employees left in a month.
