How is the work/life balance at Hungry Panda?

Pros

Lots to do and learn, they understaff all teams.

Cons

Low pay, bad management, and high stress with long hours.

Advice to Management

All talk but no resource and no support was given. Everyone is stretched to their limit.

How flexible is your schedule working at Hungry Panda?

Pros

Nice colleague, flexible working time (11:00-19:00), learned a lot, great working opportunities (I just worked here for nearly 6 months, but they ask me if I want to work overseas); awesome benefits (we can order food for free!!!)

Cons

There's no perfect company, I would say here the problem is insufficient training sessions. But it also provides me with more opportunities to be myself, be creative and innovative when making decisions.
