Pros

IKS hired me for this profile with a decent package ( 30 % hike on my last drawn salary ). I was very satisfied with the training imparted over 2 months for the process since I was new to it . Very supportive seniors and good HR policies including a 2.5 lacs Medical insurance which came in handy as I underwent surgery for a broken elbow . I had to unfortunately resign as I couldn't do to required amount of typing after surgery ( the ligaments around the joint were torn and after repair , would swell up and pain ). Had I been medically fit... would have loved to rejoin. Lots of opportunities for doctors if you wish to migrate to another process after a few yrs . The premise is in Mindspace Airoli which is just a 5 min walk from Airoli Station . Even the work from home migration was smooth.

Cons

I honestly didn't find anything bad at this workplace.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and keep growing . Grateful that I was part of such a wonderful organization.

Good work environment, helpful team and leaders.. If u know what u r doing,work is not that hectic, 5days of work only

Cons

Low pay.. Especially for a doctor. Extra hours doesn't usually net u cash bonuses,which is a bummer. Average canteen food. Travel is hectic

I dont have any positive things to share. All they talk is about management and they never care about employee benefits and their growth.

Cons

They proposed for incentive plan, explained our targets to reach the achievement, our entire team has worked hard and achieved the target, and just on the last day of the month they renounced stating the incentive plan was postponed. And after I left the organization, I've not received the complete amount. I've dropped them several emails and its been 9 months and I've not received any response till date.

Pros

Not as such, avg market salary, good for management higher up's.

Cons

Lot of rework on same projects, no clear requirements for development, no skilled employees, no opportunities for new ideas, lot's of time waste in meetings, bad politics, no work life balance, lot of work pressure. Company don't value their employees. Poor management. No career growth.

Advice to Management

Please notice the attrition rate, even though lot of skilled employees has left, company won't look why the employees are leaving. In long run will have a very bad impact on the company.
