Pros

People care and want to help. Product really meets a need for the customers (check out the Gartner reviews). Everyone has a chance to make a difference and make an impact. Smart and hard working coworkers (for the most part).

Cons

The management team is committed to a truly hybrid culture. When we are in office, we are expected to be in office which is great for collaboration. It also really helps learning and working together. So not really a con, but others should be honest with themselves. If you want to be fully WFH, this isn't the place. But this is a great place for work/life balance, learning and getting to do fulfilling work that helps you move learn way faster than you would elsewhere.

Advice to Management

Keep growing and being transparent. I get that the economy is in a different place than before so thank you for the commitment to continuing to grow. Keep making the office and culture a fun place. Work hard, play hard.

Pros

Truly couldn't be happier! My fellow coworkers are supportive and kind. Work life balance is a top priority as well as general wellness ( PTO, wellness allotment, etc.) and professional development. Feedback is requested and the results are discussed and put into action. The office is welcoming and filled with a variety of offerings for everyone to enjoy (being allergy friendly is a huge plus). Amazing benefits for a growing organization. Our leaders are extremely transparent and very approachable.

Cons

None that I can thing about at the moment.

Advice to Management

Continue being: Transparent throughout the organization. Hire leaders that will help the organization grow. Promoting within the organization. Building a strong community.
