Pros
Fast growing company. They have resources to invest in new products, new projects and improvements. They are always looking for ways to improve in all areas. You are encouraged to develop any idea that could help the business. In general, they care about the worker and they keep trying to improve the experience at work and services in the offices. Equality and worker rights are taken quite seriously. Extra hours are not the rule, you may have to work some extra time at certain peaks but not too often.
Cons
Even if extra hours are not the rule, they are highly valued. If you want to grow it is highly recommended to work as much as possible (extra hours are not paid). It is really hard to progress, especially if you are professional with your work. Being aligned with common thinking, working long journeys and political skills, are the most relevant conditions to be able to progress. Salaries are static for most of the positions with minimum increases forced by law. Also happens when people start to leave in a certain dpt. and the salary difference with the market is too high. Hierarchy feels like the army. If someone above you says that elephants are pink and eat pizza, that is the reality; no matter what you or any of your colleagues know. Vision and strategy are random. Top management changes priorities every few months for no reason. No one understands the performance or reviews it critically. If numbers are good it is because one boss realized that elephants are pink and they eat pizza. If numbers are bad it is because you are not intelligent enough to understand that elephants are pink. Under a certain level in the hierarchy, any opinion is not valued. You are allowed to express ideas and concerns, but no one cares.
