Pros

Remote work, weekly payment, great opportunity for a global and rich network with colleagues and customers, challenging quantity of tasks that take you out of your comfort zone and demand the development of great time management. You will experience quick improvement of your own skills, by having to work in a fast-paced rhythm. Excellent training with outstanding professionals and regular feedback received from your manager.

Cons

You need to be organized to pay your own time-off; you'll be tracked (screenshots taken regularly) and for some people it might be uncomfortable in the beginning - I see this as an effective and fair way to manage people from distance, but it's up to each one to adjust to this model.

Pros

IgniteTech is a dynamic open-minded company. Every day we get to work on innovative products and really feel like part of the whole we're helping to build. Management is very considerate of the employees and the team is great. Also, the flexibility that working remotely provides is ideal. I would definitely recommend IgniteTech as a good place to work.

Cons

We all know that the company has a contractor-based system but some benefits would be great.

Pros

If you have a good manager it is quite pleasant Remote working really worked out for me Lots of interactions with clients and other teams The level of the workforce is quite good

Cons

Little or no chance of moving to other positions unless you do the entire hiring process again. So there are no such things as promotions or bonuses. Very short of a gender balanced workforce a team
