How is management perceived at IgniteTech?

Pros

Remote work, weekly payment, great opportunity for a global and rich network with colleagues and customers, challenging quantity of tasks that take you out of your comfort zone and demand the development of great time management. You will experience quick improvement of your own skills, by having to work in a fast-paced rhythm. Excellent training with outstanding professionals and regular feedback received from your manager.

Cons

You need to be organized to pay your own time-off; you'll be tracked (screenshots taken regularly) and for some people it might be uncomfortable in the beginning - I see this as an effective and fair way to manage people from distance, but it's up to each one to adjust to this model.

What is the company culture at IgniteTech?

Pros

The flexibility of working from home and practically ZERO travel makes work-life balance a real possibility without compromising on either sides. With a competitive pay structure, money is not an issue to be worried about. With a company-wide focus on adding exponential growth, NOT in the form of $'s, but in the form of value delivered to the customers, the focus of the team and the reception of the customers is evergreen positive and inspiring. People are nice, leadership is strategically focussed on long term goals and provides stability to the organization.

Cons

Depending on the type and place of employment, there might be minimum to no-benefits besides the pay. However, this might not be an issue as the competitive pay bridges the gap.
