Does Imperva offer a weekly bonus?

Pros

Good salary and bonuses. Good management inclusive comfortable fast paced Global

Cons

due to the size, it is a little too bureaucratic less "spoiling" threats than similar companies

Advice to Management

To base decisions checking from bottom to top. when decisions are made on the top without checking with employees that have day to day contact with the customers, it is difficult, and sometimes impossible (not logic) to cascade

Does Imperva offer a yearly bonus?

Pros

- Good work life balance. You never take work home after 5pm - No work calls after 5pm - Local bosses are kind and hear you out. Present actual solutions to feasible problems - Opportunities are given when present - Colleagues are always there to help (after all a chain is as strong as it’s weakest link) - Western culture so more leaves and little perks here and there - You only do what’s needed for your role. Responsibilities are clearly drawn here so you don’t have to worry about doing other people’s work

Cons

- Steep learning curve (fundamentals in network, DNS, SSL helps) - Fast paced role and can be stressful at times - Customer facing (so you have to deal with nasty ones if you’re unlucky) - Need to deal with customer calls (part of the above point) - Saturday shift is needed every 2-4 weeks (depends on team size) but you get compensated well for the shift - Annual bonus can be a bit lack lustre but your basic should make up for it
