Pros

This organization is full of genuine people that care. When I initially started with IndeVets, I had a feeling of "This is too good to be true".... But I was proven wrong - This is GOOD and it is TRUE! Upper level management cares a lot about your health and wants you to succeed. They send out surveys and actually take your feedback and make improvements based on your suggestions. This year, they added options of company paid medical insurance and added days of PTO and holidays. This is THE best company I've worked for, hands down!

Cons

Growing pains like with any other start up, but nothing to grumble about. I wouldn't even classify this as a "Con," because it's better this way than working at a company that doesn't want to make positive changes!

Advice to Management

Continue to genuinely care about your employees and we will do the same for the organization. You're doing it right!
