What is the salary like at Infor?

Pros

Good pay and good benefits Some very good people to work with Quality products

Cons

Leadership decisions disconnected from staff Frequent Layoffs and RIFs Some less than competent staff members Negative culture

Advice to Management

Become better engaged with lower levels, improve culture experience, and look for ways to cut costs that does not include cutting staff.

Does Infor offer a weekly bonus?

Pros

Good company culture. Work with the latest technologies. Flexible work time.

Cons

Cheap notebooks not suitable for development work. Salary is just hitting the low of the average in the field. No bonuses, no trainings. Management is chaotic.
