What is working from home like at Infor?
Wonderful smart people work here There is flexible work from home policy Snacks!!!
Upper management is a mess, like a real mess, incredibly unqualified people driving the company into the ground Lots of turnover and big firings, wonder if they are just waiting to get acquired?
Grow the wonderful people that are already there Better management teams and style

How is the work/life balance at Infor?
As an employer they provide you a great flexible working environment from home or one of their many offices to allow for a work life balance. Obviously many still work many hours over what they should but truly makes us a global team.
The offices can be empty with so many employees working remotely.
More team building/events required to build local networks perhaps.

What is overtime like at Infor?
Flexibility to work from home. Decent Package could have been higher. Used to be a very hectic Environment, no planning in development, non stop work and deliverables with impossible deadlines. Positive changes made in recent time. Management trying to avoid Employees from working overtime. Emphasis on good software development. Keep doing the right things
Very little fun activities. Can be challenging as training is nonexistent - Management can provide some training on new technologies.

How flexible is your schedule working at Infor?
Management & Company offer lots of flexibility, Discretionary Time Off of 5 weeks, Can work remote in emergency
Below average Market Value salaries across the board for Directors and below. Not much room to grow within departments, not enough backfilling
Backfill positions, promote within or re-route duties to other areas instead of just piling more work with not enough bandwidth. Starting to see more turnover due to this and since Koch acquistion
